After becoming frustrated with another provider that seemed more focused on upselling and padding costs than practical pet care, we decided to give Rockwall City Vet a try — and we’re very glad we did.
Not only were the basic care requirements for our pets handled professionally and efficiently, but the pricing difference was substantial. Our previous veterinarian quoted nearly $500 per pet once additional exams and services were added. With two pets, that became extremely difficult to justify for routine care.
Rockwall City Vet took care of both pets for under $260 total while still providing friendly, attentive service and making the experience straightforward and stress-free.
Very satisfied with the care our pets received, and we will definitely be switching to this provider moving forward.
