SVP of Real Estate
Chris is a seasoned Real Estate and Construction executive with 20+ years of experience in the CRE and PE sectors. Prior to joining the CityVet family he successfully completed hundreds of projects including multi-family acquisitions/dispositions, ground-up developments, multi-market/multi-unit rollouts, programmatic rebranding and renovations, and scaled growth initiatives. Having experience within the retail, hospitality, medical and Fine/Casual/QSR dining sectors, he has seen growth with 7 Brew Coffee, Sonic, Applebee’s, Del Frisco’s, Sullivan’s, Lone Star Steakhouse, MedPost and CareSpot to name a few. Maintaining a deep understanding of market intelligence, site selection, contract negotiation, cost controls and budgeting Chris joined CityVet in 2024 to provide leadership and support for the Real Estate and Construction divisions.
Chris has an MPA and Business degree from LSU with concentrations in Federal Government and Finance. When not working, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and grandchildren.
