Job Summary
CityVet is looking to hire experienced receptionists with two or more years of experience in the medical and/or veterinary field. Candidates must be able to provide exceptional customer service that exceeds our client’s expectations. Receptionist responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, answering a multi-line phone system, making appointments, checking patients in/out, handling cash and credit card transactions, and keeping lobby and retail areas tidy and stocked.
We are looking for a receptionist with a willingness-to-serve attitude who works well in a team environment. Must work well with computers, pay close attention to detail, multitask, and flexible with hours and holidays.
