I was driving home with my dog, Lucky, after visiting a friend when I noticed that his breathing was becoming much worse. I happened to be nearby, found CityVet on Google, and drove straight there. The team immediately took Lucky in and treated us with so much kindness, compassion, and genuine concern. They even stayed past their regular working hours to make sure he received the care he needed.
After the radiologist confirmed that Lucky had a serious pneumothorax, Dr. Bee called and left me a voicemail telling me to take Lucky to the emergency hospital immediately. Even after Dr. Bee arrived home, he called me again to make sure I had received the message and was taking action. The team also called the following morning to check on Lucky and see how he was doing.
I truly appreciate the care and love Dr. Bee, Summer, and the entire staff showed Lucky and me. Their quick response, dedication, and follow-up made such a difference and may have saved Lucky’s life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
They ended up finding that he was very anemic, had a mild infection, and that it wasn’t a cut but really was a bleeding tumor. Dr. Fletcher said she could remove it and they did. At the end of the day, my dog is at the end of his life. Dr. Fletcher and staff cared for him really well and all of the staff were professional and kind. I highly recommend them and appreciate the wonderful care!
