If you’re looking for a vet and are on the fence because you’re worried it may not be a good experience, this is the place to take your pet. No matter the outcome, you’ll definitely leave happy you chose this place over others when wanting the best for your pet!
Also, Dr. Effie does have experience and works with exotic pets, so if you’re looking for someone in that realm, she is definitely good to consider on that level as well!

Those tiny teeth hurt more than they have any right to.
If your kitten is ambushing your ankles, they`re not being mean — they`re being a kitten.
Keep a wand toy within reach and swap it in the second they go for your hand. When play gets rough, stop and walk away — they learn fast that teeth end the fun. And watch for the tells that they`re overstimulated: tail flicking, ears back, pupils blown wide. That`s your cue to take a break.
If biting starts suddenly or only when you touch one spot, it could signal pain, and you should talk to your veterinarian.
